New data from popular social networking site LinkedIn reveals that *drumroll please* - Cloud and Distributed Computing is at the top of the priorities list for Ireland for the second year running, and also the most in demand globally. 

Cloud Computing is a type of Internet-based computing that provides shared computer processing resources and data to computers and other devices on demand. And Distributed Computing is a field of computer science that studies distributed systems.

Statistical Analysis and Data Mining is once again in second place, with Web Architecture and Development moving up three places to take the coveted third spot.
