The toast is lathered with a mixture of blue green algae powders and liquids mixed with almond milk cream cheese, and was coined by food stylist and photographer
Adeline Waugh.
The meal has gone down a treat online, with thousands of shares and likes between her two posts about the dreamy snack.
It's also full of healthy ingredients too, so we think Irish cafés should definitely get on board.
