13 Things Any Irish Driver Can 100% Relate To

There are so many things that are unique to Ireland and how we live our lives and heading out onto our roads is no exception. 

From small country lanes, to large motorways and the cities we have a very unique way of driving and interacting with each other. You'd never see any of the example on this list in any other country but thats just the way we like it.

How many of these can you relate to? The full set more than likely!

1. 80% of people in the country have no idea how to use the outside lane on a motorway

2. You can make the same joke over and over

3. The potholes are so big you'll be able to stand in them

Fair play to this lad for giving a go. A certain flat tire if you hit that!

4. You'll even be able to fully swim in some of them

Why get a jacuzzi at home when you can just do this? 

5. Speed limits could pretty much be anything.

6. And sometimes they feel like a challenge rather than a limit

We could have named literally anything else after him that would have been better but we choose a service station in the midlands.

10. There is a very specific code for signalling in rural areas

11. The M50 is a parking lot rather than a motorway

Wise people know not to hit it up at during rush hour. 

12. You'll always spot a place name in Ireland that gives you a childish giggle
