Dublin City Has A Brand New Yoga Studio – And It’s Not Where You’d Expect

Great news for the capital's Yogis as it appears that a brand new Yoga Studio has cropped up on Dublin city centre's Leeson Street.

The new studio is based in the home of bespoke purpose built conditioning and exercise facility FFS Gym, home to some of Dublin's elite bodybuilders and exercise enthusiast.

The Dublin 2 haunt boasts everything from Forrest Yoga to Hatha to Yin, with some stellar introductory offers for those keen to give the ever-popular meditation exercise a try.

Fabiana Mizzoni is the Head Yoga Instructor in FFS, with hundreds of hours of yoga under her belt following a trip to the home of Yoga, India, to complete a 200hr YTT in Hatha yoga.

''The studio is set in one of the old classic Georgian buildings and has been entirely renovated to give a modern feel to it. Excellent instructors offering a wide range of classes in ashtanga, vinyasa, hath, restorative and forest yoga. I've done a lot of yoga around Dublin and I have to say this is the most beautiful space I have been in!''

Sounds like it's a no-brainer - should you be into Yoga, this place is certainly worth a try.
