No matter how desperate we are to find accomodation around Ireland, and we're pretty desperate, we would always draw the line at this.

As students got offered their CAO courses yesterday, the search for accom all around the country began.

With tens of thousands of students starting college in Dublin in September, the search for somewhere to live for teenagers and adults alike will only worsen.

But we'd rather commute from our home house everyday than accept a proposition like this just so we'd have somewhere to lay our head.

The advertisement was once on Homes.Mitula.ie but has since been taken down. When you click into the link below, there is no longer an advertisement.

However, one Twitter user managed to get a screenshot of the advertisement which said that the bedsit in Terenure was available for short term.

"One bed bedsit available to share with 45 year old professional. Probably only suit short term.

"I play double bass as well, I have to practice so if you're planning to stay in the flat all day, you won't get in."

The person in question also describes themselves as "gay and friendly"
