With Spring just around the corner, we were hoping that this dull, wintery weather was going to come to an end. However, it looks like the cold days are going to continue a little longer.
According to Met Éireann, Saturday is set to be cloudy with outbreaks of rain in many areas across the country, with temperatures ranging between 9 and 12 degrees.
Sunday will be very cold with sunny spells and wintry showers of rain, hail, sleet and snow with a risk of thunder.
Sunday night will see wintry showers continuing with accumulations of snow, frost and icy in places.
