Barack Obama To Visit Ireland In The Near Future

Hallelujah!

Barack Obama may visit our shores in the near future. 

US Ambassador to Ireland, Kevin O’Malley, told Marian Finucane on RTÉ Radio that Obama told him he would soon return to Ireland. 

O'Malley says he spoke to the president at a farewell reception for ambassadors on Wednesday at which Obama said, "please tell them I'm coming". 

Obama's last visit in 2011 was deadly and we'd love to see him return.
