Met Éireann has issued another national status yellow weather warning with "hazardous icy conditions, severe frost and pockets of freezing fog" expected.
The new low temperature warning was issued on Friday at 11am and follows on from a similar warning yesterday. The latest advisory covers the whole country and reads: 'Hazardous icy conditions in places with a widespread severe frost and pockets of freezing fog.'
On the bright side, it adds that there will be 'improving conditions in the west and northwest from early Saturday morning.'
