An Irish Man Has Been Killed In A Road Accident In Thailand

A man from Longford has died in Thailand last night, Breaking News reports.

John Malone (39) has been teaching English in the country for the last three years and was killed in a fatal road crash in the Chiang Rai province in the north of Thailand late last night.

The Department of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that it is aware of the incident and is offering consular assistance to the family.
