A Man In His 20s Has Died In A Workplace Accident In Kildare

A man has died following a workplace accident at a factory in Kildare.

The incident happened at around 2.40pm yesterday, the Irish Independent reports.

The man is believed to have been in his 20s.

According to Kildare Now, he was employed at Kildare Chilling Company, a meat processing plant.

It's understood that Gardaí in Kildare have alerted the Health and Safety Authority who are carrying out an investigation.
