We understand the pain. It's Friday night and you're lonely so you head on to a dating site hoping to get some matches.

And, the dating people over at Badoo have put some serious study in and have come up with ten words that men and women should include in their bios to get a shit tonne of matches.

Dating expert, Claire Stott said that you need to keep your bio positive while giving a flavour of what you are about:
“When creating a profile, it can feel overwhelming at first deciding what content to include. But do not fear – our data tells us that a popular bio is one that is short and snappy, around only 20 words.”
