A letter written by an Australian woman has gone viral after being shared by her family on social media just hours after she passed away.
Holly Butcher wrote a letter of life advice stressing the importance of not worrying about the small things in life, and instead focusing on what is really important.
The 27-year-old passed away last Thursday after battling with a form of cancer called Ewing's sarcoma.
In her letter she advised people to stop worrying about materialistic things, and focus on investing time into the people surrounding you throughout your life, and to spend money on experiences, rather than things.
She wrote: "It is a weird thing having money to spend at the end.. when you’re dying. It’s not a time you go out and buy material things that you usually would, like a new dress."
"It makes you think how silly it is that we think it is worth spending so much money on new clothes and ‘things’ in our lives."
She also advised people to stop complaining about having to go to work, or having to do exercise.
"Be grateful you are physically able to. Work and exercise may seem like such trivial things ... until your body doesn’t allow you to do either of them."
