The Gold Medal Awards took place on Tuesday evening, with the best hotels in Ireland awarded for their standards throughout 2022. The ceremony was hosted by Anne Doyle and took place in The Galmont Hotel in Galway, the awards recognise and reward excellence in hospitality and catering operations across the island of Ireland. The highlight awards for the night and their respective winners were as follows:

Gold - The Imperial Hotel, Co. Cork

Ireland’s Best Five Star Hotels

Gold - InterContinental Dublin, Co Dublin Silver - Hayfield Manor, Co Cork Bronze - Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate, Co Galway

Ireland’s Best Four Star Hotels

Gold - Armada Hotel, Co. Clare Silver - The Montenotte Hotel, Co. Cork Bronze - Kilronan Castle Estate & Spa, Co. Roscommon

Ireland’s Best Three Star Hotels
