In a dilemma posted on Mumsnet, brought to wider attention when shared by sports presenter Jacqui Oatley, the author states that she and her husband are attending a wedding on the same day and the bride and groom have asked for the game not to be shown and that guests don't watch it on any devices.
The poster adds that her husband and his brothers 'aren't willing to miss such a massive game' even though she thinks it's 'extremely rude to leave, watch the game and return.'
