Situated on a fruit farm in Co. Tipperary, the Apple Camping and Caravan Park is an idyllic location to set up camp this summer. This family-run, award-winning campsite is spacious and facilities include a full-size tennis court and a shop.

The nearby town of Bennetsbridge is also a great activity hub. Choose from pitch and putt, pony-trekking, fishing or pottery. If you fancy going further afield, Nore Valley Park is also a fantastic base for exploring Kilkenny's attractions. Wander the cobble-stoned streets and step back in time with a ramble along the Medieval Mile.

At 235m above sea level, Roundwood is Ireland's highest village, so expect unparalleled views of the Wicklow Mountains while camping at this four-star camping park. In terms of nearby attractions, guests here are truly spoiled. Visit
Glendalough Park and ramble through the historic monastic settlement. Or, for a more relaxed walk, stroll through
Powerscourt House, Gardens and Waterfall.
In the evenings, pop into Roundwood Village and enjoy a drink or a bite to eat in The Hollywood Inn, a pub that celebrates the history of the town, and its links to Hollywood, California.

Curracloe, which is a 15-minute drive away. Spend the day swimming or exploring the dunes, or, check out some other nearby attractions.
As well as being the ideal spot for a beach getaway, the Trading Post Camper Park is a very convenient location for visiting Wexford's best sites, including
Hook Lighthouse,
Ballyhack Castle,
Duncannon Fort and the
Irish Agricultural Museum.
