Located by the pier in the Waterford seaside town, East Pier serves arguably the best fish and chips in Ireland (let us know where you've had better) with some amazing views over the harbour. The best part is that they sell little bottles of Prosecco that are perfect for washing down your dinner. On a summer's evening, the line can sometimes snake down the hill but trust us, it's worth it when you get to the top. It's all done in a safe manner as well, in adherence with public health guidelines.
