Anyone else thinking how is it still March??  Yup, still March. However, although is been a (very) long month, it's officially the last weekend of March! Woo! The brighter mornings and the grand evening stretch and the Easter bunny's visit is just around the corner - all great mood boosters! Speaking of mood boosters... Union Grind in Cork have introduced us to a coffee we never knew we needed. Coffee inside a chocolate Easter egg.
