You NEED To Try The Toasties In This Stunning Café In Dingle

Dingle is one of the top Irish bucket list destinations - It's got Fungi, beautiful beaches and some deadly spots for grub. If you make it to this wonderful town, finding a good spot for a wholesome, tasty lunch is key. My Boy Blue opened up a couple of years ago and it has been causing a storm in the foodie world ever since. They serve up some of our fave coffee, 3FE, in the cutest takeaway cups you'll ever see and offer a delicious brunch menu.

But by golly goodness, have you tried their grilled cheese sandwiches?

  Grilled cheese sandwiches are the key to my heart and finding a top quality gourmet toasty is like finding a soulmate. When I first laid eyes on the cheesy sambos on offer here, it was love at first sight. There are four different flavours to try and believe me, you'll want to try every single one. The goats cheese, honey, toasted walnuts and rosemary sambo is up there as one of the best I've ever tried. The creamy cheese mixed with the sweetness of the honey and crunch of the walnuts - Literally drooling just thinking about it, omg.

  The café also boasts a cute, trendy interior and is the ideal spot to perch yourself and nurse a coffee. With bright blue walls and plants hanging from every corner, it's proper Insta-bait. Lunch has never looked so good.
