One of the most aesthetically pleasing caravans we’ve ever seen is going to be touring Ireland this weekend, and as if that wasn’t good enough, it’s full of cookie dough.
Cookie dó are a new Irish company who specialise in you guessed it, cookie dough. Their three flavours, classic chocolate chip, triple chocolate chip and peanut butter and chocolate chip (drool) will be coming soon to an Aldi near you as part of the Grow With Aldi scheme, which offers support to Irish suppliers.

We all love a bitta home baking but let’s face it, the two best steps are sitting back and enjoying the smell from the oven, and then of course actually eating what you’ve baked. Cookie Dó have done all the hard work in terms of perfecting the chewy chocolatey goodness and packaging it up for us – all we have to do is slice up the dough (they’ve even put lines on the packaging to help with this), pop it in the oven for 8-12 minutes and enjoy.
