This looks too good to be true.
Surely such burger perfection can't possibly exist?!
Oh, but it does.
The Burgatory has just opened its doors in the real heart of Galway, right at the Spanish Arch and it's making serious waves.

The Burgatory started out life as a Food Truck called 'Harlowe' and toured Ireland’s festival scene as so many do.
"Festival life was great but they wanted to bring the burgers home to Galway so we saw an opportunity to use Deliveroo to get our tasty burgers to locals.
This went down a treat so naturally, the next step was 2 successful pop-ups and finally our own place to lay down our roots!"
Here's what to expect of their menu:
Burgers (grass-fed, preservative-free beef from Castlemine Farms):
'Birds' (pasture-reared, preservative-free Ronan Byrne's Friendly Farmer chicken with no preservatives):
Sides:
Salad? At a diner? No thanks.
As well as normal shakes, The Burgatory will also serve a selection of 'Hard Shakes' with the likes of Jagermeister, bourbon and spiced rum in them.
Eh, yum?
AND they also do a Buckfast Hard Shake...
Craft beers, cider and wines are also available.
A Burgatory own-brew, draught ‘August’s’ pale ale, from a recipe handed down by the owners’ great-grandfather, will be launched at the end of the summer and is set to be a serious hit.
And the desserts look equally as dirty as everything else...

Jaysis, get us a ticket on the next bus to Galway wudja?
