This Irish Ice Cream Shop Is Now Selling Gin & Tonic Sorbet

There's two things that we all love.

Alcohol being the first and then who doesn't love a good bit of ice-cream? Eh, no-one.

Well G&T fans can rejoice because this ice-cream shop in Sligo is now serving gin and tonic sorbet.

Is this a dream come true!?

Gelati Enniscrone & Ballina have come up with a range of delicious ice-icream and sorbets that's making our mouths water.

If you're not a fan of gin and tonic they also announced this week that they do Jack Daniels and chocolate ice-cream. Yum!

We don't know about you, but we know where we're going to make a road-trip to this weekend.
