The Tayto flavours (Cheese & Onion, Salt & Vinegar, Smokey Bacon and Prawn Cocktail) are absolute classics at this stage, but there's no shame in mixing things up every once in a while.
The crisp company is now giving the Irish public the chance to pick its newest flavour, and the options are fairly mental.
They include Spice Bag, Sunday Roast, Breakfast Roll and Curry Sauce - about as Irish as you can get, basically.
Mr Tayto is bringing the new flavours around Ireland with him over the next two weeks, so you can taste them yourself and see what you think.
In the meantime, here's our verdict...
This is spicy but not overwhelmingly so, with hints of chicken. Pretty nice. 4/5
A delicate taste of salty roast beef. 3.5/5
This tastes like sausage with way too much ketchup on it. 2.5/5
This one really stinks and is giving me flashbacks of Charlie's take-away at 3am. 2.5/5
We don't know about you, but Spice Bag has our vote.
