You'll start your excursion with homemade scones and a cup of tea or coffee in their certified organic restaurant. You'll then receive your Walking with a Donkey Trip Pack that gives details about donkey behaviour. You'll then head out and meet your companion. Donkeys are known to be stubborn but with the right attitude and a bit of guidance, you'll be communicating with them and leading them along the trails in no time. Once you're confident with your new friend, you'll receive a detailed map and other necessary equipment and a delicious organic lunch (which your companion will carry for you). You can then head out with your furry friend and explore the trails and lanes around Slieve Aughty Centre. This needs to be on your bucket list.
