Gavin James was a guest on Friday night's Late Late Show.

Appearing alongside CEO of Alone, Sean Moynihan, as well as host for the evening Miriam O'Callaghan, Gavin James performed a number of songs in-studio - encouraging viewers to donate to the charity. An ambassador for the charity, Gavin also held a live-stream performance in his own house - raising over €160,000 between the two gigs. Taking to social media to express his gratitude, the singer wrote: "I just heard that we helped raise over €160,000 for @alone.ireland. I'm so amazed at the generosity of our country even when everything seems a little bleak we still lend a helping hand." https://www.instagram.com/p/B-kXfOFBVF_/   Finishing off with an encouraging "you're all amazing", Gavin continued to spur the public on, adding: "Let's see if we can raise €200k for Alone". The charity also posted their own video online, thanking everyone for their "unbelievable generosity" and saying: "Even though we are all staying home, we are part of something bigger and we are all making a difference. This is truly unprecedented." Viewers were moved by Gavin's performance on the Late Late, crediting him not only for his impressive vocals but for his down-to-earth attitude as well.
