The whole of Ireland is backing Offaly's Shane Lowry as he closes in on a historic win at The Open in Portrush. In true Irish style, the crowds have been bringing the atmosphere all weekend with Lowry's name being sung from the stands as fans follow his journey.

Even the miserable weather on the final day doesn't appear to be dampening spirits and fans have taken to performing an impromptu umbrella dance, seemingly for the craic but also to keep themselves warm, no doubt.
