ITV have shared a first glimpse at Darragh Ennis, the new Irish chaser, in his upcoming role on the The Chase.
Earlier this year it was confirmed that an Irish chaser would be joining Mark, Paul, Jenny, Anne and Shaun on the massively popular ITV quiz show The Chase. The new addition was
confirmed to be Darragh Ennis, a former contestant who banked €9,000 in his one-minute cash builder during his 2017 appearance on the show.
With Darragh presumably spending most of the year fine tuning his general knowledge, the wait to see him in action appears to be almost over. A clip of the Dubliner in silhouette form was shared to the official The Chase Instagram account, along with the caption 'everyone has been asking about it, and today you got a glimpse of what is to come with a look at the new Chaser's silhouette'...

Back in May, Darragh
answered some fan questions about his new role but we're still none the wiser as to when his episodes will air. Given that they already appear to have been filmed, let's hope it's this side of Christmas at least. In the meantime, we'll just have to keep watching.
