First Dates Ireland is celebrating its very first proposal to come out of the show.
It’s not all that often you see a genuine relationship come out of the reality show but one that’s stood the test of time is Ciara and Shannon who met on an episode last season.
Shannon got down on one knee this weekend at a party to celebrate Ciara's parents' 40th anniversary and she happily said yes.
Of course, the couple had to blast a bit of Maniac 2000 to celebrate the moment after bonding over their love of the song when they first met on First Dates.
