It takes a special kind of dick to do something like this.
Like, a really special kind.
So much so that you almost have to stand back and say: "Well done, Sir. You have achieved previously unmatched levels of dickishness, and for that, we must salute you."
What did he do, exactly?
Well, as the Olympic torch passed through the southern Brazilian city of Joinville, he burst forth from the side of the road... with a fire extinguisher, that he evidently just had on his person... and tried to put out the flame.
Yup. Well done, Sir. You have achieved previously unmatched levels of dickishness, and for that, we must salute you.
