Most of us remember the whole
Garth Brooks saga from seven years ago but some may have forgotten just how MASSIVE a story it was. That is, until last night's episode of Reeling in the Years allowed us to relive the whole saga.
In case you had forgotten, Brooks was supposed to play five concerts at Croke Park, however he was only issued with a licence to play three. As Drumcondra residents outlined their concerns, Brooks eventually decided to play none at all.
The fiasco was brought up in the Dáil, then-US President Barack Obama offered his two cents and last night, RTÉ viewers looked back on a summer that split the nation in a way that hadn't been seen since Saipan...
