Ireland was a simpler place in the 80's and generally it was easier to make people blush than it is today.

Which is why this footage which has emerged online is all the more impressive. 

Let's just say it features Gay Byrne, The Late Late Show, a Swedish sex therapist and a gas fecker on the phone from Mayo.

The footage is from 1989 and was shared yesterday by Facebook page 'As Irish As It Gets'.
