WATCH: Controversial Mistake On Ireland’s Got Talent Episode Is Going To Be Huge Talking Point

Oh Jason mate, what have you done.

Ireland's Got Talent judge Jason Byrne has made the ultimate mistake by pressing the Golden Buzzer by accident on Saturday's show to send a mystery act straight through to the semi-finals.

The mystery act already had three red buzzers on the board from judges Louis Walsh, Michelle Visage and Denise Van Outen but has been given the ultimate lifeline by Byrne by mistake.

Now what Jason was act hoofing his foot on to table is beyond us but his misplaced foot left everyone in shock has he sent the terrible singing act through to semis. 

“That is such a waste of a Golden Buzzer.

“It’s just the singing was so bad, I mean if Cilla Black heard that version she’d be spinning in her grave," said Louis Walsh. 

Ireland’s Got Talent airs at 7.30pm Saturday 24th February on TV3.
