An Irish Bus Driver Did The Soundest Thing So This Irish Guy Could Catch His Flight

Picture this - You're going on your hols but you've been super busy, so packing is a last minute job.

We've all been there.

It's 3am and you're just about to head off to the airport when you realise... Dun dun DUUUNNNN - You've forgotten your passport at home. No, no not at home in Dublin, in your parents house in Cavan. Well, that is exactly what happened to Irish Stand-Up comedian Davey Reilly.

Davey, who was preparing for a deadly weekend break to London, realised that he had brought his passport home and had left it there by mistake. He contemplated getting the bus to Cavan and back to Dublin but it soon became evident that he'd miss his flight.

So Davey did what any Irish did what any Irish man would do - He rang his Mammy!

His Mam ran down to the bus station where she met a friendly driver who agreed to take the passport with him to the airport, where he would meet Davey.

What a sound man!

Davey put the whole thing up on his Instagram story and believe me, it's well worth a watch.

It just goes to show that there's still great people out there who are f*cking sound.

Davey wrote the driver a card to say thanks and it's the nicest thing ever. This story has literally made my day so much better - I'm legit grinning as I type this tbh.
