Turns out the three lads from comedy group Fupin Eejits are actually mental health nurses, so they decided they'd make a video to raise awareness – and they somehow managed to still make it funny.
They're trying to promote five ways that can improve your mental health, which are: connect with people in real life, be active, give to others, keep learning, and be mindful of what's around you.
But they wouldn't be the Fupin Eejits if they didn't manage to have a bit of craic in the process...
