Connery's fifth outing as 007 sees him taking on Blofeld and the SPECTRE organisation, believed to be behind the capturing of an American space vessel.
American Pie 2 - Comedy Central - 9pm
The hit sequel to the hit comedy finds the group of teens a year older, but none wiser, having spent a year apart in college, they reunite at a beach house and trouble ensues.
Shooter - FilmFour - 9pm
Mark Walhberg is a highly trained sniper who has been hired to protect the President from other snipers during a public event, but he is soon framed for the assassination attempt himself, and is forced to go on the run while finding the actual baddies.
The East - FilmFour - 1.25am
Brit Marling plays an undercover agent sent in to infiltrate an ecoterrorist cell that target companies that pollute the environment. Even as another member of the group (Elliot Page) begins to suspect her, the group's leader (Alexander Skarsgard) takes a shine to her, and the undercover agent actually begins to sympathise with the group's actions.
The Two Faces of January - Channel 4 - 1.50am
Viggo Mortensen and Kirsten Dunst are a happily married couple on their honeymoon in Greece, when they get talking to charismatic stranger Oscar Isaac, but before long all three get caught up in a murder plot.
