The property bubble in the country right now is just about bursting, with homes going for increasingly extortionate prices.
We dunno how anyone is able to buy a house in Ireland for the first time, especially when you look at some of the dumps for sale.
We took a look at the most expensive house and the cheapest house (that's actually livable, not a complete shack) for sale in Ireland at the moment, and boy oh boy is the difference between the two fairly shocking.
From one extreme to the other...
Resting "majestically within a rich parkland", this six-bed, three-bath Georgian estate is on 750 acres and also has five lodges and cottages on the grounds, as well as a stable block which is connected to the main house by an underground tunnel.
Oh, and there's a wine cellar too. Obvs.
This townhouse home "needs some modernization and does not benefit from having a rear garden", but does have three bedrooms and one bathroom.
Other features of the house include "electricity and water" (greaaaat), and "some PVC and wooden windows."
There's a hefty difference between the two, eh...
