Therapie Clinic has donated all their supplies - including hand sanitiser, gloves and toilet paper roll to Irish hospitals and nursing homes.
Run by Irish siblings Philip and Katie McGlade, Therapie Clinic has joined the fight against Covid-19. Standing in solidarity with frontline staff, the business has donated all hand sanitiser, gloves and toilet paper rolls to Irish hospitals and nursing homes- amounting to more than €50,000.
Making the decision to donate their entire stock of personal protective equipment, staff have been working across the 35 clinics to ensure for the safe distribution of supplies.
Recognising that there is a huge demand for protective gear, Therapie Clinic CEO Phillip McGlade has been personally delivering supplies to the places that need it most during the current pandemic.
Speaking of the donation, he said:
"This is the least we can do. The frontline staff are doing a truly heroic job and we can’t thank them enough for their hard work and bravery, putting their lives on the line for our country's health. We are beyond grateful to every single one of them and as a business, we will do all we can to help.”

The award-winning group of aesthetic clinics made the call to close all stores prior to government directive, overriding the financial strain it would put on the business in favour of staff welfare. However, the team has been proactive in helping out wherever they can.
As well as their own personal protective equipment (PPE) donations, the Therapie team have also launched a campaign on their social media channels to encourage other companies to donate PPE to the country's drastically undersupplied health care services.
A number of other Irish brands have followed suit, showing their solidarity by giving back to healthcare workers. Amongst them, Easilocks, who has been sending in free shampoo and conditioner to ICU units for nurses and doctors to shower with prior to leaving the hospital.
