All over the world people are fighting a daily losing battle against their phone battery. Although there are hundreds of chargers and boosters out there it still feels like a problem that needs a more elegant solution. The winner of this year's prestigious Red Dot design awards could be the answer. These small paper batteries could be carried with you at all times or bought in convenience shops and even though they would still be made of lithium and other potentially hazardous materials they could be disposed of in special areas.
