This film takes us to a time before The Conjuring and before Annabelle and is one of the darkest and scariest movies set for release in Irish cinemas in a long.
The Nun is a spin-off film which focuses on one of the most frightening characters in cinema history.
A nun takes her own life in Romania and it's up to a priest to investigate her mysterious death.
Father Burke tries to "uncover the order’s unholy secret. Risking not only their lives but their faith and their very souls, they confront a malevolent force in the form of the same demonic nun that first terrorised audiences in The Conjuring 2, as the abbey becomes a horrific battleground between the living and the damned."
You'll find it very hard to make it to the end of this film without crying or just pulling plant and getting the f out of the cinema.
