Looks like they're taking a trip to Pride Rock for tonight's show!
Ahead of this evening, there was a ton of speculation on what the theme of tonight's
Late Late Toy Show would be. From
The Polar Express, to
The Wizard of Oz, people were throwing out their guesses left, right, and centre. Well, the big day has finally arrived, and Late Late RTÉ took to Instagram to curb our suspense. This year's theme is none other than
The Lion King!

On the choice of theme,
Ryan Tubridy says: "
Everyone has been locked up for a long time and that's why we need to head out into the wild and join our friends in The Lion King." As one of the best childhood movies of all time, we are buzzing that they went with
The Lion King for this year's theme.
The show will air at 9.35pm on RTÉ One, RTÉ Player, and the RTÉ News Channel tonight.
