TG4 celebrating Michael D. Higgins’ 80th birthday with music and arts programme

Van Morrison, Mary Robinson, Tolü Makay, and Ivana Bacik are all taking part in the special programme.

TG4 will celebrate the 80th birthday of President Michael D. Higgins with a one-hour programme celebration of his life and of his time as president of Ireland. The programme will feature an impressive line-up of Ireland's finest poets, singers, musicians, thinkers, playwrights, and dancers. Announced to be taking part in the programme are:
