Take Our Money: Dog Yoga Exists And It Looks Like The Best Craic Ever

If you love yoga but hate the thoughts of leaving your fluffy pooch at home then get ready for 'Doga', the latest trend from the US to come to this side of the water.

You'll get the chance to bond with the dogs through yoga meditation, breathing and some awesome yoga / Doga poses. Sounds bizarrely fab.

Doga was invented by yoga teacher Mahny Djahanguiri in 2012, so that's the lady we can all send grateful flowers to. 

"Eventually, they absorb your calm," she told Business Insider UK. "It's so beautiful when it synchronises and the dog sits on the mat, or comes to you because you're calm."

"That's when you can reach out and start doing poses together."

From what it looks like, the bigger the dog, the harder the workout...
