Are You Stressed? This New TV Show Starting Tonight On RTÉ Will Sort You Out

Stress affects all of us. A new TV series looking at stress and the impact it has on Irish people is starting tonight at 9:35pm on RTÉ One. Stressed is a two-part documentary which will examine the science behind stress and the impact that stress has on Irish people. Presented by journalist Jennifer O'Connell, the programme will include case studies focusing on people dealing with stress from all over the country. Throughout the show, experts will be on hand to help the volunteers cope and manage their stress.
