WATCH: RTÉ Release Epic GAA Promo And The Summer Has Officially Begun

RTÉ kicks off its 2018 All-Ireland Championship coverage today and they couldn't have made a better start. 

The national broadcaster will air Dublin v Kilkenny in the Leinster Hurling Championship followed by Mayo v Galway in the Connacht Football and things got underway with a brilliant montage to get the pulses racing.

Featuring the song Hunger by Florence And The Machine, it's sure to get fans in the mood ahead of what should be an unbelievable summer. Both the hurling and football tournaments will have new formats so it will be interesting to see how it all turns out.

Will The Dubs make it four-in-a-row? Can Galway defend their hurling crown? Whatever happens, it's sure to be the most dramatic summer since Danny Zucco and Sandy D first clocked eyes.
