PICS: Adam King’s virtual hug sign the cause for many a smiling face last night

Adam King's virtual hug sign was projected onto well-known buildings and monuments around Ireland last night. Organised in honour of National Hugging Day, the sight was cause for many a smiling face across the country.  Yesterday was National Hugging Day - a day that under normal circumstances would be celebrated by hugging those we love. However, with strict public health measures still in place, things were obviously a little different this year. Still wanting to mark the occasion, Toy Show star Adam King encouraged people around the country to follow his lead and send a virtual hug to those they miss instead. Jumping at the chance to spread a bit of much-needed positivity, his now-famous artwork lit up several different locations across Ireland in the hopes of reminding people that better times are coming.
