Picture the scene.

You have some international friends visiting our shores and you're determined to convince  them that we're nothing like the the classic pint-drinking, potato-picking Irish stereotype that they already think we are. 

Then they stumble across this beauty of a sign outside an Irish pub and you're back to square one.
