With a score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, it is definitely worth seeking out.
Like so many other movies that were released in 2020, this movie attempted to screen to audiences in cinemas during that short period during the summer when they actually re-opened, but mostly got lost in the shuffle of Tenet and, well, cinemas soon closing their doors again.
Having premiered at the Dublin International Film Festival earlier in the year, Broken Law was released in Irish cinemas in July, being met with great reviews, resulting in a current score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes:

The movie tells the story of of two estranged brothers on opposite sides of the law. Dave Connolly (
Tristan Heanue - Vikings, Finding Joy) is a respected member of the Garda Síochána but his loyalty to the force gets tested by his ex-convict brother Joe (Graham Earley - Red Rock, Cardboard Gangsters) following a botched robbery. Suddenly Dave finds himself embroiled in a cover-up that leads to a secret relationship with Amia (
Gemma-Leah Devereux - Judy, The Tudors), an unhappily married woman who also happens to be the victim of his brother's latest crime.
