Long live hurricane Maura!
Maura Higgins is back from the Love Island villa and between all of the visits and meet-ups, it seems the Longford star has been making some big plans.
Her appearance on the popular reality show has melted the hearts of Ireland for her "no BS" approach and straight-talking.
Yesterday,
The Mirror reported that this is not the last time we'll see the Midlands beauty. She is going to be a guest presenter on This Morning on ITV, yaaaaasss!
The 28-year-old finalist will host her very own phone-in segment providing viewers with her much-loved no-nonsense advice.
As well as that, she will also appear in a strand called Maura Than Meets the Eye, a series of short films in which she takes on challenges across the country.
This sounds INCREDIBLE!
Speaking about the role, she said:
"I’m getting flutters about joining This Morning. I can’t believe it. It’s beyond my wildest dreams. I’ve grown up watching Phillip, Holly, Eamonn, Ruth and the team. Mad to think I’m now part of that iconic family. Can’t wait to crack on."
She's expected to air on This Morning, August 5th with Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes to confirm the news.
She will also appear on the Love Island reunion tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
