Tonight will see the return of Love Island USA to Irish screens. Virgin Media One posted a trailer of the new series to social media, writing: "Let's face it... We all need some Love Island in our life right now! The singles taking part are brought to Las Vegas to live at the Cromwell Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. All contestants must adhere to Covid-19 safety protocols while living there. Meanwhile, the UK version of the show is set to return in 2021 after taking a break in 2020 due to the pandemic. Bosses at ITV said, "Love Island will be back stronger than ever in 2021". If the show has a similar run to other years, it will begin at the start of June and run for eight weeks until August. Applications are still being accepted until April of this year.
