It’s Happening – ‘Oh My God, What A Complete Aisling’ Is Being Made Into A Film

If the names Aisling, Generic John and Niamh From Across The Road mean nothing to you, you've been seriously missing out. 

They're just three of the hilarious characters created by Emer McLysaght and Sarah Breen for the Facebook page "Oh My God, What A Complete Aisling", which has spawned a best-selling book - and now a film. 

Element Pictures has announced that it has acquired the rights to bring the story to the big screen. 

"We couldn’t be more excited at the thought of working with Emer and Sarah to bring Aisling into cinemas," said producer Rory Gilmartin.

"The huge success of this debut book is a testament to the strength of their writing – so funny and yet so full of heart."

Emer and Sarah are on board to write the screenplay for the movie, so you know it's going to be a cracker. Woohoo!
