We're all fully aware just how huge Instagram is - we've written various articles hailing their success the past couple of years. Photos dominate the internet and it's not going to slow down any time soon. The Facebook owned company have slowly altered their platform to accommodate advertising, and now they've welcomed carousel ads for brands.
I actually really like this introduction. It gives the user the option and invites them to swipe to see the multiple photos uploaded by companies instead of forcing them through pop-up behaviour that you see on many iOS apps these days. The carousels even allow brands to have a "learn more" button to prompt users to click through making this new addition quite lucrative. Let's just hope they allow regular users to use this option so we don't have to see several uploads from the same person when we scroll...
